The XIII LAW3M will offer participants a comprehensive program of scientific and social activities designed to foster interaction, networking, and collaboration among attendees. The social events include:
The Welcome Reception will officially open the XIII LAW3M, providing participants with an excellent opportunity to network in a relaxed and informal environment. Attendees are invited to meet colleagues, exchange ideas, and discuss the aims and scope of the workshop while enjoying light refreshments. The Welcome Reception is open to all registered participants and accompanying persons.
Throughout the workshop, coffee breaks will provide additional opportunities for participants and speakers to interact and engage in informal discussions. These breaks are included in the registration fee and will take place twice daily, according to the schedule outlined in the scientific program.
The poster session is an integral part of the XIII LAW3M and offers students and early-career researchers the opportunity to present their ongoing research and engage in scientific discussions with a broad audience. The poster session will take place at the end of the day, following the oral presentations, and will be accompanied by refreshments and a Bierstube.
The XIII LAW3M is pleased to offer participants, accompanying persons, and invited speakers the opportunity to attend the conference dinner. This event will provide a chance to enjoy the local cuisine of Rio Grande do Norte, including the traditional Brazilian caipirinha, in a convivial atmosphere. Due to limited financial support, the workshop dinner is not included in the registration fee. Further information will be available from the XIII LAW3M Secretariat during the event.
Participants and speakers are invited to explore the natural beauty and cultural attractions of Natal. Optional tours, highlighting the city’s landscapes, beaches, and points of interest, are highly recommended either before or after the workshop. Reservations for tours will be available at the registration desk or through the hotel reception.
